We are a grass roots movement of Americans that are tired of the corruption, the lies, the destruction of our free and Sovereign Independent Republic...and we are pledging our time, our energy and our means to take back our country, and restore it to the Constitutional Conservative Principles and Values that it was founded upon.

We know we must take a very active role in politics at all levels...Local, Regional, State and National Candidates, Legislation, Judgeships, Lawsuits, and School Boards because we know that only then can we make a difference. Political education is good and is necessary, political protesting is important, individual concerns are crucial...BUT, only by becoming heavily and actively involved in a national coalition that can include all conservatives from every walk of life, regardless of party or group affiliation, can we reverse the evil that is destroying our nation. It will not be easy. ..but we feel that we are fighting for our families, our freedom, in fact for our very souls.

PURPOSE
The Purpose of the INDEPENDENT AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE coalition is to become very actively involved in restoring the governmental restraints the Founding Fathers envisioned and built into the Constitution, through active, coordinated involvement in National, Regional, State, & local government candidates, legislation, law suites, judgeships and school boards.

The INDEPENDENT AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE is a grass roots, non-partisan, non-profit, umbrella ACTION organization (an Independent Political Action Committee), a national involvement (get in the trenches and do what needs to be done) coalition that can encompass all people, irrespective of other affiliations, in order to bring about a Conservative reformation. Additionally, it can be a conduit for funding pro-traditional family legislation, and other funding causes, and keep the donors anonymous.

IAC stands for a reformation, or return to the following:

■ 1. THE CONSERVATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES OF LIFE, LIBERTY, FREEDOM, GOVERNMENT, AND LAW upon which this great Republic was originally founded upon in its constitution and Bill of Rights.

■ 2. THE CONSERVATIVE VALUES of Honesty, Integrity, Virtue, Morality, Justice, Equality, Truth, Families, God, Hard Work, Accountability.

■ 3. THE BILL OF RIGHTS AS ORIGINALLY INTENDED

■ 4. A SMALL AND LIMITED FEDERAL GOVERNMENT as outlined in the constitution. All powers not specifically detailed in the constitution for the Federal government are given solely to the states, and the reduction and/or elimination of many Federal departments or agencies.

■ 5. A FREE MARKET SYSTEM based upon the private ownership and personal control of such private property, and the elimination of government agencies that compete against private businesses.

■ 6. BALANCED FEDERAL AND STATE BUDGETS, Which includes prudent fiscal restraint, the elimination of the practice of borrowing monies by the federal government, the elimination of the federal debt

■ 7. THE ELIMINATION OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE, and the return to gold and or silver backed certificates by the Federal Government and not by an outside foreign entity.

■ 8. FREEDOM FROM EXCESSIVE TAXATION, AND OPPRESSIVE REGULATIONS. The immediate reduction of all federal taxes by at least half or more. (The eventual Elimination of the IRS/Federal Income Tax, move to a simple constitutionally legal federal flat sales/excise tax of 2%).

■ 9. A STRONG NATIONAL DEFENSE

■ 10. ACCOUNTABILITY/EQUALITY. One law for all people, including government officials, to which all will be held equally accountable to a jury of their peers for their actions regardless of race, sex, religion, party affiliation, financial means, cultural heritage, etc.

■ 11. TERM LIMITS, PAY LIMITS, NO SPECIAL INSURANCE PLANS OR EXEMPTIONS, AND NO RETIREMENT BENEFITS FOR ELECTED GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.

■ 12. COMPLETE & INDEPENDENT US SOVEREIGNTY. The United States should be independent and self sufficient as much as possible, including energy, manufacturing & production, defense manufacturing, & food independence.

■ 13. THE RETURN OF THE UNITED STATES TO A CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC. This includes opposition to, and the repeal of Socialism, Fascism, Maoism, Communism, Progressivism and the welfare state.

■ 14. LEGAL, ORDERLY AND CONTROLLED IMMIGRATION. This includes securing all United States borders against all illegal immigration, and that this be considered an issue of national defense.

■ 15. FREEDOM, EQUALITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS which means that all U.S. citizens are equal in the law in being free to have the opportunity to succeed or fail, to suffer the consequences of their failures, or to enjoy the fruits of their successful labors according to their individual or collective talents, abilities, and energies.
